Review: Youthful energy. That's what it is - and what it is about.Spacek, King and DePalma are all at its most energetic exuberance. Sometimes Callow, but sometimes as often rawly honest tingles quite apart from the story. See it on that basis alone. Depalmas camera has a sense of dance - Scorsese does too, but Depalmas is emotional. Spacek is so clean in his game that their ability fear. How strange it went off like a poltergism.The story has a memorable sound, also focused on the youth and longing. Menarche as a terror on innocent acceptance / fear of the abominable religion, the brash CEO intelligent spoofing Hitchcock. Odd mix, such a strange and exciting experience.
